Intellectual Property Policy (DMCA)

Printopian, owned and operated by A TOUCH OF JEAN LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We strictly prohibit the display or sale of merchandise that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy toward infringement.

1. Procedure for Reporting Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by content hosted on the Printopian service, please send a formal “Notice of Infringement” to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

Identification of the Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed (including registration numbers if applicable).
Identification of Infringing Content: The specific URL(s) or a detailed description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on our site.
Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
Perjury Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person.

2. How We Respond to Notices

Upon receipt of a valid and compliant notice, it is Printopian’s policy to:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Notify the content provider or user that the material has been removed.
Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a “Counter-Notice” to our Designated Agent including:

Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake.
Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone, Email).
A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Oklahoma, USA, if outside the US).
Your physical or electronic signature.

Note: If a valid counter-notice is received, Printopian may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the original complaining party files a court action.
