By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change. You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After 12 hours: Orders enter our technical processing stage and cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging. We accept requests for the following issues:
- Manufacturing Defects: Damaged goods, peeling, tearing, or fabric defects.
- Incorrect Item: Wrong design, wrong style (e.g., Sweatshirt instead of Hoodie), or wrong size compared to your order.
- Significant Discrepancy: The final product differs significantly from the description or design shown on the product page.
3. Return Process (Hassle-Free)
To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: Include your Order Number and clear photos of the issue (the defect, damage, or incorrect size tag).
- Resolution: Once verified, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.
- No Return Shipping Required: In most cases, to save you time and cost, you do not need to ship the original item back to us.
Note: Please do NOT send items back to our registered business address in Oklahoma. We will provide a specific warehouse address via email if a physical return is necessary.
4. Refunds
Once your request is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 1 – 5 business days.
- Method: Credits will be applied to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Bank Posting: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 – 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us regarding the issue. If it’s our fault (wrong size/item), we will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you. You do not need to place a new order.
